ABOUT
I’m Martin Rietti, a filmmaker from Buenos Aires, now based in Madrid. I studied experimental cinema and documentary in the UK at Edinburgh College of Art, where I started shaping the way I think about images, stories, and how they connect with people.I run a studio called AM:PM, where we develop and produce creative projects across film, art, and culture. For the past 15 years, I’ve been travelling to shoot—directing commercials, music videos, and short films, often in collaboration with artists and personalities I admire.
Some of my work has been featured on platforms like Nowness and awarded at places like Cannes Lions. I care about visual storytelling that feels honest and emotionally grounded, usually with hints of humour. Whether it’s a big production or something small and personal, I try to bring the same attention and openness to every project.
Outside of work, you’ll probably find me hidden in rooms doing breathwork or brewing filter coffee—always happy to share one on set.
